2019 Lincoln Nautilus is the new car from Ford. It is a mid-sized five-passenger SUV that is looking forward to replacing the old MKX. However, some features of the new car seem reminiscent of the old MKX, just without the Ford nameplate.
For starters, the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has continental shaped headlights that suite the Nautilus size and form. The signal indicators appear like whiskers that give the body of the car a feline exterior. From the old MKX, the new 2019 Lincoln Nautilus comes with redesigned bumpers, new wheels, and updated taillights. The front of the car has a different grille design altogether.
Inside the cabin, the company has attached newer and better materials to the seats, dashboard, and doors. It has a 12.3” touchscreen in the middle of the dash that operates several functions in the car, including navigation. The seats come with a massaging feature that is heated and ventilated; they are positioned to give superb comfort on the road. In addition to this, the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus comes with an overhead sunroof that offers an excellent view above, and is likely to feature in the new Lincoln models to come. It also comes with ample storage space in the trunk, proper legroom, and a compartment underneath the central console with a mat.
The vehicle comes with a new evasive steer assist that has cameras and radar to ensure the gap between slower or stationary cars. It also helps the driver steer and avoid obstacles. Additionally, it is equipped with a lane-centering system that keeps the vehicle in lane. The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus also has an auto-hold feature that relieves the driver from having to hold and release brakes in traffic.
The vehicle comes with a wireless inductive charging capability located at the front of the dash. The seats are designed to have a vast range of adjustability as well as helping to reduce fatigue. It also comes with Apple Car Play and Android Auto compatibility. The 2019 Lincoln Nautilus has a 19-speaker Revel audio system that takes care of the ears. Nonetheless, it has driver assistance that includes active cruise control, lane-centering system, blind spot monitoring, and automatic emergency braking system.
The engine in the 2019 Lincoln Nautilus is a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine that produces 245 horsepower. The engine is turbocharged. It has a good differential that distributes the weight across the car. It comes in front-wheel drive but all the wheels are still optional.
