Interior
The back seats have a split-folding capacity which creates more space for cargo. The standard features include a Starlink touch screen infotainment framework which has a backup camera. The cabin is pretty roomy and the seats can optionally come with a leather trim too.
Safety
As standard, the Legacy gets an anti-lock braking system, an anti-theft security system, and daytime running lights too. There are also dual front, and front-seat side-impact airbags in place. All wheel drive comes as standard across all trims. The 2016 Legacy passed all safety tests with flying colors, and this year’s model is no different.
Technology
The 2017 Subaru Legacy has the latest standard technology features. Bluetooth connectivity, power operated mirrors, keyless entry and windows, Smartphone integration, air conditioning and a CD player all come as standard. There is also a 7″ touchscreen as standard on all models.

Engine
The standard engine for the 2017 Legacy is a 2.5 L H4 with the capability to produce 175 hp and 174 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a CVT system. The best thing about the Legacy? If you want to go for the 3.6R Limited trim, the engine is a 3.6L H6 with a capability of 256 hp, 247 lb-ft torque, and a fuel efficiency rating of 20/28 city/ highway. The 3.6R Limited starts at $31,640.
